The inception of Griddle Me This, Dad? began during the current COVID-19 pandemic when I found myself with more time on my hands than usual. While perusing online, I found a Blackstone griddle that was a really great value, that my wife gave me for my birthday. I have always been passionate about cooking and I wanted to take my culinary repertoire beyond the kitchen, to the outdoors.
Cooking has always been at the heart of our family. Gathering for good times, great conversations, and even better food is a common theme at our family gatherings. Taking to my griddle, every meal seemed to be a great hit with my fabulous wife and three wonderful sons. Couple my growing fascination to the griddle with a kitchen renovation, the griddle became the go-to cooking appliance for this summer.
