There are English Breakfasts, Canadian Breakfasts, and American Breakfast, my personnel favorite. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and cheese scrambled to fluffy crispy perfection. This meat and hearty recipe feeds like 4+. Serve with your favorite pancakes (I love the lemon ricotta recipe!), toast, roll or whatever for a spectacular morning feast.

- 1 lb of Bacon
- 1 lb of Breakfast Sausage
- 1 package of Breakfast Sausage Links
- 12 eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of Bacon Crumbles
- 1 to 2 cups of cooked potatoes (I used leftover tots and fries)
- 1 tsp butter/oil, or as needed for griddlingr
1. Scramble eggs into large container
2. Break down roll of Breakfast sausage into 8-12 patties
3. Place breakfast meats and cheese in half sheet tray
Set your griddle to medium/low heat (~375F)
Griddle bacon about 3 minutes a side flipping twice, place on wire rack or in half sheet tray with paper towel. Reheat potatoes in bacon grease and chop into smaller pieces in necessary. Cook patties also in grease, press for a good sear. Again 3 minutes per side. Also cook sausage links turning frequently. I set aside 6 links and 6 patties on the rack and chop up the rest for the scramble. Add the bacon pieces, let cook for a min then pour in eggs slowly. After eggs are set in about 90 second, flip and add cheese. Stir in cheese after about 90 seconds and add to half sheet pan.
Serve, enjoy!
