Buffalo Bacon Brussel Sprouts with Blue Cheese

Planning:

Ingredients

  • - 12 oz Bag of Frozen Brussel Sprouts

  • - ¼ Cup Bacon Bits

  • - ¼ Cup Blue cheese crumbles

  • - 3 tsbp Frank’s Red Hot (nothing else will do)

  • - 2 tsbp butter for griddling (or you can use bacon grease for extra yum)



Preparation:

  • 1. Microwave the Brussel Sprout according to directions.

  • 2. Slice each Sprout in half so you have one flat side.

  • 3. Assemble all ingredients to sheet tray.

Set your griddle to medium heat (~400F)


Performance

Griddle all ingredients except the blue cheese, flipping after 3 min (6min total). Move to sheet tray.Top with the crumbled Blue cheese. Add extra Frank’s if desired, I do!
