- 12 oz Bag of Frozen Brussel Sprouts
- ¼ Cup Bacon Bits
- ¼ Cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 3 tsbp Frank’s Red Hot (nothing else will do)
- 2 tsbp butter for griddling (or you can use bacon grease for extra yum)
1. Microwave the Brussel Sprout according to directions.
2. Slice each Sprout in half so you have one flat side.
3. Assemble all ingredients to sheet tray.
Griddle all ingredients except the blue cheese, flipping after 3 min (6min total). Move to sheet tray.Top with the crumbled Blue cheese. Add extra Frank’s if desired, I do!
