Crispy chicken paired with a tangy sauce makes a “wunderbar” main dish for an Oktoberfest gathering. Serve with kraut, veggie (I chose Brussel sprouts), and potato patties for a special meal.

- 3 Lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Cup of flour
- 1 Cup of bread crumbs (I like panko, crispier)
- 2 TBS of Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- Butter/Oil as needed for griddling
- ½ Cup of honey mustard
- ¼ Sam Adams Oktoberfest Beer (enjoy the rest of the bottle later, so good)
1. Slice chicken breast thinly, against the grain about 1/3” thick. Place slice chicken flat on baking sheet. Use plastic wrap for multiple layers.
2. Season sliced chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour and bread crumbs.
4. For sauce, combine honey mustard and beer in a bowl, stir until smooth.
5. Dredge chicken in flour/bread crumb mixture and place on wire rack..
Melt butter or oil use plenty because you are shallow frying the chicken. Place dredged chicken on the oil. Flip after 4 minutes per side three times (12 min total) till crust is brown and crisp adding more oil if necessary. Remove and place on wire rack till ready to serve and enjoy! Do not forget the sauce!
Serve, enjoy!
