- 2 15 oz cans of Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp of Onion Powder
- ½ tsp of Salt and Pepper
- ½ tsp of Basil
- ½ tsp of Oregano
- 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil for griddling
1. Drain and dry canned chickpeas into a bowl (4 minutes).
2. Add spices except lemon juice salt and pepper.
Coat griddle with 2 tbsp of olive oil, spreading evenly, add seasoned chickpeas. Roll/flip chickpeas after 2 min. Flip again and watch carefully for about 2 min. Continue cooking to desired crispiness (6-8 Min for me). Return to sheet tray. Add lemon juice salt and pepper. .
