- 1 lb of frozen Haricot Verts (French for) or Fine Green Beans
- 1 tsbp of Gochujang (could substitute Sriracha)
- 1 tsp of Honey or agave nectar
- 2 tsbp of low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsbp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 tsp of toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsbp butter for griddling (or you can use Olive oil)
1. Pare cook frozen green beans (4 minutes).
2. Assemble sauce in 1 qt plastic container, mix well.
3. Assemble all ingredients into a half sheet tray.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter on griddle, spreading evenly, add green beans. Flip green beans after 2 min. Flip again, add sauce, last TBS of butter and watch carefully to ensure sauce does not burn about 2 min. Return to sheet tray.
