Everyone’s favorite bar food, this is the quintessential snack. The sauce options are endless, but this recipe is for the classic Buffalo version.

- 3 lbs of chicken wings divided flats and drummies
- 1 tbsp of Creole Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp of Franks RedHot Sauce (nothing else is acceptable)
1. Split wings into flats and drummies discarding tips if required
2. Season all wings with the two seasonings
3. In a separate bowl melt 4 tbsp of butter and whisk in the Franks (adjust to your level of heat.
Griddle first the drummies for about 5 minutes, flip then add the flats, after 5 min flip everything, repeat 2 more times until wings reach internal tempo of 160 and are crispy and golden. Alternatively, you can finish in a cast iron pan half full of cooking oil for 5 mins for the restaurant crispiness. Return to sheet tray. Toss in the sauce!
