Haluski is an Eastern European dish of cabbage, onions, and noodles (and sometimes dumplings) sauteed in butter. This simple dish is comfort food at its finest. Filling and delicious.

- 2 lbs of fresh cabbage sliced
- 1 lb of cooked egg noodles (I like wide)
- 1 tbsp of Garlic Pepper Seasoning (can substitute any spiced salt like garlic salt, onion salt, seasoned salt or creole blend)
- 1 Onion
- 4 tbsp butter
1. Cook egg noodles IAW package directions.
2. Slice cabbage into thin strips. I quarter mine, then slice thinly.
3. Slice or dice onion.
Oil the griddle, griddle the cabbage first for about 5 minutes, flip then mix in the noodles and butter, season with garlic pepper after 5 min flip everything, finish for 5 mins or till you reach your desired crispiness of noodles. Return to sheet tray.
