Honey Srircha Shrimp

Why have fried shrimp when you can have these spicy, tasty little gems in 15 minutes. The key is to get the tail off, peeled and deveined shrimp. I get mine at Wal-Mart.

Planning:

Ingredients

  • - 2 lbs of tail off, peeled and deveined shrimp

  • - 1 tbsp of Rice Vinegar

  • - 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce

  • - 2 tbsp of Honey

  • - 2 tbsp of Sriracha

  • - 2 tbsp of Minced Garlic

  • - 1 tbsp of Minced Ginger

  • - 1 tsp Seasame Oil


Preparation:

  • 1. Add all ingredients except shrimp into a one pint plastic container and mix.

  • 2. Heat for 30 secs in the microwave an mix again.

  • 3. Place your shrimp on a sheet tray. rinsed and dried.

Set your griddle to medium heat (~400F)


Performance

Liberally oil the griddle and place the shrimp flat on griddle with single layer. Flip after 4 min add the sauce.
