Why have fried shrimp when you can have these spicy, tasty little gems in 15 minutes. The key is to get the tail off, peeled and deveined shrimp. I get mine at Wal-Mart.

- 2 lbs of tail off, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tbsp of Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Honey
- 2 tbsp of Sriracha
- 2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp of Minced Ginger
- 1 tsp Seasame Oil
1. Add all ingredients except shrimp into a one pint plastic container and mix.
2. Heat for 30 secs in the microwave an mix again.
3. Place your shrimp on a sheet tray. rinsed and dried.
Liberally oil the griddle and place the shrimp flat on griddle with single layer. Flip after 4 min add the sauce.
