- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- ¼ Cup of popping corn
- 2 teaspoons of Old Bay Seasoning
1. Place 2 tbs of butter in half sheet tray.
Set your griddle to medium heat (~400)
Place half sheet tray on one side of griddle so the butter starts to melt. Place a good ¼ of oil (I recommend peanut) on other side and place popping corn in middle of oil. Cover with basting lid until you no longer here any popping, place into half sheet tray. Sprinkle with Old Bay. Mix/Toss.
