- 2 servings of peanut butter protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbs sugar free syrup
- 1 tbs sugar free vanilla creamer
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Place protein powder and rolled oats in bowl, stir
- Add peanut butter, and spread/mix with a spoon till dry paste forms
- Add syrup and creamer, mix until you can form into balls. Add more creamer if mixture is too dry
- Add chocolate chips, form into balls
I literally use one spoon in a black container to make, mix, and store these treats. Great way to get some added protein in your snack.
