Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Planning:

Ingredients:

  • - 2 servings of peanut butter protein powder

  • - 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)

  • - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • - 1 tbs sugar free syrup

  • - 1 tbs sugar free vanilla creamer

  • - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips



Preparation:

  • - Place protein powder and rolled oats in bowl, stir

  • - Add peanut butter, and spread/mix with a spoon till dry paste forms

  • - Add syrup and creamer, mix until you can form into balls. Add more creamer if mixture is too dry

  • - Add chocolate chips, form into balls


Performance

I literally use one spoon in a black container to make, mix, and store these treats. Great way to get some added protein in your snack.
